Sometimes we don't need to talk, sometimes we just need to breathe, go inside, clear our minds, and make room for new ideas and inspiration. I am a certified Soma Breath and Yoga teacher, and I enjoy doing mindfulness exercises with my clients in private sessions. Book me when you need me; no further commitment is required.
